Join us for a combination class! Get your heart thumping with POUND for the first half with Kristen. Pound is a fun barefoot cardio workout using drumsticks. Transitioning to yoga for the second half, we'll sweat, we'll flow and we'll have a blast doing it!

Sunday, April 6th at 4pm: Yin Yoga is a form of yoga where postures are reclined, supported, and held for longer periods with a focus on deeper stretching. You will minimize muscle use, so the stretch can go gently to the fascia, ligaments and connective tissues. Sign-up HERE
